Whole-Home & Custom Renovation Experts Serving Windermere, Florida
Windermere homes are often larger, older-estate, or custom-built properties where a renovation touches plumbing, structure, and design all at once. Our design-build model means one team manages your kitchen, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovation from a single set of plans — no juggling separate architects, contractors, and subs. This is particularly valuable on Windermere's larger properties, where a single miscommunication between trades can delay a project by weeks.
Our in-house team eliminates that hand-off entirely, from the first design meeting through final walkthrough and warranty follow-up.Whether you're updating a single room or reimagining an entire estate, we plan for Florida's climate, code requirements, and the resale expectations of Windermere's luxury market.

What a Whole-Home Renovation Looks Like on a Windermere Estate
Windermere's larger, custom-built and lakefront properties often call for a renovation that touches more than one room at once — a kitchen opening into a family room, a primary suite expanding into a spa-style bathroom, or a full interior refresh ahead of a resale.
Because our design and construction teams work from the same set of plans, we can sequence a multi-room project so the home stays livable in phases rather than gutted all at once. That matters most on estate-scale homes, where a homeowner is rarely
renovating just one space in isolation.
We scope every Windermere project with the same up-front, written estimate — no open-ended change orders once work begins.
